Position Summary: This position is a temporary assignment that will last approximately 12-14  weeks. Expected 8 hours per week, with flexibility to the day’s and times, assisting in the accounts payable department at Country Meadows Home office in Hershey.

Routine Functions of the Position: The main role of this position is to support the accounts payable department as needed. These duties may include:

  • Routine data entry
  • File invoices & payments
  • Assist with weekly check run
  • Utilize various software programs to access data
  • Review data for accuracy and make corrections as needed

Critical Success Factors:

  • Have the ability to work well with coworkers
  • Have the ability to work responsibly without constant supervision
  • Enter data in a timely manner and with minimal errors
  • Have the ability to work on computers and utilize office software

Work Environment:

This is an office desk position. This position may require sitting the majority of the day. Traveling to the file room, basement storage area, and meetings are required as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum of high school diploma or GED
  • General knowledge of computer programs
  • Business math skills
  • English skills
  • Able to use calculator
  • Customer service skills
