As key members of our direct-care team, Nurse Assistants provide one-on-one support to our residents in their daily routines, socialization, and overall well-being. That’s why it’s easily the most impactful role in our organization. New to senior living? We provide training to ensure you will succeed in this role as your success will make all the difference. We have full time 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am available. Sign on bonus of $1,000 available for full-time second shift. This position starts off at $12.25 with a shift differential available for second and third shift.
$2 per hour bonus appreciation pay guaranteed through May 30. We are also providing Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including: gloves, face shields, facemasks to our co-workers for their safety, and the safety of our residents. Gowns are also provided where appropriate based on CDC recommendations.

•High school diploma, GED or active CNA license.
•18 years of age or older, except as permitted in 2800.54(d).

•Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
•Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
•Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
